Free plan, licenses and privacy: your questions answered
ReplyWink is free to start: unlimited post scoring and five draft generations per rolling 24 hours. A one-time license removes the extension’s draft-generation cap for one user on up to three devices. Both plans use your own AI API key, with provider usage billed separately.

What does the free plan include?
You can use post scoring without an extension usage cap, and generate five pairs of reply options in a rolling 24-hour window. No ReplyWink license or payment card is required to start. You still need a working AI provider for AI features.
One successful draft generation produces two options and uses one generation from the allowance. Another round requests a new generation and also counts when successful. Copying or editing an existing draft does not create a new generation. Scoring posts is separate from this allowance.
When does the free allowance reset?
It is a rolling window, not a midnight reset. Each recorded generation stops counting after it is more than 24 hours old. For example, if you use one generation at 9 a.m. and four at 3 p.m., the first slot becomes available just after 9 a.m. the next day; the other four become available just after 3 p.m.
The side panel’s daily reply goal is a different counter: it helps track your intended replying activity. It should not be interpreted as your remaining free AI draft allowance.
What changes with a paid license?
| Item | Free | Licensed |
|---|---|---|

| Reply options | Two per generation | Two per generation |

The standard license price is USD 29 per seat, paid once. Check the current pricing page for promotions and checkout for applicable taxes. There is no recurring subscription or automatic renewal. “Unlimited” means no extension generation cap; your provider’s limits and charges still apply.
A license covers one user on up to three devices and includes 12 months of updates from purchase. The license does not expire. After that update period, you can continue using the version covered by your license; compatibility with future browser, platform, or provider changes is not guaranteed. The Terms of Service describe these entitlements.
How do I activate or move a license?
- Purchase through the official license checkout.
- Find your license key on the completed order page or in the delivery email.
- Open ReplyWink settings and select License.
- Paste the key and select Activate. Wait for the success message.
To free an activation slot, select Deactivate this device in License settings on that device, then activate the new one. If you no longer have access to the old device or delivery is missing, contact support with your order reference and purchase email. Do not put your license key into the AI provider form.
Can I request a refund?
The published policy offers a full license refund when requested within 14 days of purchase, without requiring a reason. Send the request from your purchase email address with your Creem order reference. Approved refunds go through Creem to the original payment method, and the paid license is revoked. You can continue using the free plan.
Provider AI charges are separate and must be addressed with that provider. See the full refund policy for the process, other situations, and applicable rights.
Where do my data and keys go?
- AI profiles and reply history
- Current provider settings and the limited interaction ledger are stored locally in your browser. Local storage does not mean every feature runs offline.
- AI requests
- Content needed for scoring, drafts, translations, and AI-assisted setup goes to the AI endpoint you configure. Your key authenticates those requests. That provider’s data policies apply.
- X account analysis
- Optional AI setup reads profile information and visible recent posts using your signed-in browser session, then sends the analysis input to your chosen AI provider. It does not require your X password.
- License checks and checkout
- Activation, validation, and deactivation use ReplyWink’s Cloudflare-hosted license service and Creem. These requests do not include your AI API key or reply ledger. Creem handles checkout.
- Support
- We receive the messages and attachments you choose to send. Remove API keys, full license keys, payment card details, and unrelated private information.
The Privacy Policy is the detailed reference for processing, retention, providers, and your choices. An endpoint running locally can reduce external AI processing, but verify whether your gateway forwards requests elsewhere.
Does ReplyWink post or message automatically?
No. ReplyWink drafts text for review and copying. It does not post, comment, follow, like, or send DMs on your behalf. You remain responsible for the final wording and each platform’s rules. This manual workflow is not a guarantee of account safety or engagement results.
Which guide should I read next?
