These terms govern the ReplyWink website and browser extension. ReplyWink is operated by independent developer Zhu Jingyang in China. Contact [email protected]. By using ReplyWink, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement, or have permission from your parent or legal guardian.
What ReplyWink provides
ReplyWink analyzes posts you browse on X and Reddit and helps you draft replies using your chosen AI provider. You review, copy, and send any reply yourself. The extension does not automatically post, comment, follow, like, or send direct messages. We do not sell traffic, followers, likes, or engagement, and do not guarantee audience growth or business results. Reddit support is in beta; the website identifies currently available features.
Free plan and AI costs
The free plan includes unlimited post scoring and 5 draft generations per rolling 24 hours. Each generation provides two reply options; regenerating also counts. You supply your own AI provider API key. Provider charges, limits, and terms are separate from ReplyWink, including on the paid plan.
Your paid license
The standard price is USD 29 per seat, paid once, with applicable taxes displayed at checkout. Each license is for one user and allows activation on up to 3 devices. It removes the extension's draft-generation cap. There is no recurring subscription or automatic renewal.
The license does not expire and includes 12 months of updates from purchase. After that period you may continue using the version covered by your license. Future upgrades may be offered separately, without automatic charges. Continued compatibility with future browser, social-platform, or AI-provider changes is not guaranteed. Deactivate a device in the extension's License settings to free an activation slot.
Keep your license private. Do not share it across multiple users, resell it, or bypass activation and usage limits. These terms do not restrict rights granted separately by an applicable open-source license.
Payment and delivery
When paid checkout is available, Creem acts as merchant of record and handles payment, applicable transaction taxes, and receipts under its checkout terms. A license key is delivered on the completed order page and by email. Activate it in ReplyWink Settings → License. If delivery or activation fails, contact support with your order reference; do not send payment card details or your AI API key.
Our Refund Policy applies to license purchases. Purchasing is temporarily unavailable while the ReplyWink store awaits review; the free extension remains available.
Responsible use
Use ReplyWink lawfully and follow the terms of X, Reddit, and your AI provider. Do not use it for spam, harassment, impersonation, fraud, unlawful content, privacy violations, or infringement of others' rights. You are responsible for the content and data you submit to your provider and for everything you publish. Review generated text for accuracy, appropriateness, and permission to use it.
Privacy and third-party services
See our Privacy Policy for local storage, AI requests, license validation, payment data, and support messages. ReplyWink is independent of X, Reddit, browser vendors, and AI providers; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep ReplyWink working and provide support, but software and third-party services can fail or change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accurate AI output, account safety, or particular results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ReplyWink is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using and uninstall ReplyWink at any time. We may suspend a license for fraud, unlawful use, material breach of these terms, or a completed refund. Contact support if you believe an action was mistaken. We will publish material changes to these terms with an updated date; changes do not retroactively remove paid entitlements or mandatory consumer rights.
Support and disputes
Email [email protected] for support or complaints. We aim to respond within 3 business days and resolve issues directly. Applicable mandatory consumer protections and your right to seek remedies through competent authorities or courts remain unaffected.
